This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Nextgen F X Investment LLC (“nTrader”, “Company”), governing your use of the nTrader Desktop Client software and related services (“Application”, “Software”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Desktop Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Software.

nTrader grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Desktop Application solely to access services provided by your Financial Service Provider (“FSP”) through supported terminal interface connectivity.
The Software is licensed, not sold.
nTrader operates solely as a Software Technology Provider, SaaS Vendor, and Terminal Interface Provider.
The Desktop Application may be deployed under white-label branding of licensed financial institutions. Display of server identity confirms connection to infrastructure operated by the respective financial institution and not infrastructure operated by nTrader.
The Desktop Application does NOT:
All financial services are provided by independent authorised Financial Service Providers (“FSPs”).
All financial accounts accessed through the Software are hosted and maintained solely by the FSP.
nTrader does not:
The Software does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market data and analytics are for interface purposes only.
The Software allows access only to existing FSP accounts.
All regulatory and compliance obligations remain with the licensed FSP. nTrader operates solely as a software vendor.
Software availability may be restricted based on regulatory or operational requirements.
Use of the Desktop Application is governed by the nTrader Privacy Policy.
nTrader does not act as dispute resolution authority or mediator. Complaints may be forwarded to the relevant financial institution.
nTrader does not investigate disputes or determine financial liability.
All Software, source code, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of nTrader.
nTrader may suspend or terminate access if required by law or if this Agreement is breached.
nTrader may update the Software or this Agreement periodically.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the Application, including its maintenance, support, functionality, or content.
nTrader is responsible only for providing software maintenance, technical support, and application updates, subject to the limitations of liability, disclaimers, and scope of responsibility defined in this Agreement.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the End User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the complete End User License Agreement prior to using the mobile application.
Any financial services, financial transactions, or financial disputes are solely between the End User and the Financial Service Provider (FSP) or financial institution with whom the End User maintains the underlying financial account and business relationship.
nTrader does not recommend, promote, or advise End Users to select any specific Financial Service Provider. It is the sole responsibility of the End User to independently verify the regulatory status, licensing, and legal standing of any Financial Service Provider they choose to work with.
